Emergency teams administered cardiopulmonary
resuscitation and were successful at reviving the canine, who is
reportedly now in stable condition.
The fire, which caused $35,000 damage
to the home of Julie Warden-Coffman, 53, and Kenneth Coffman, 55, was
reported to have been caused by a cigarette that set the bedding ablaze.
The Coffmans insisted that they've been
trying to get their dog to quit smoking in bed, and this is the last
straw.
Ok, maybe they didn't really say that.
