Does anyone know anymore details about the pathetic dog laws being introduced in France.
We are taking our Staffy who is so soft and adorable to the Alpswith us to live. The new rules state she must be muzzled and leashed at all times in public places. Does this include the mountains?

I remember reading something about it. I was hoping it would get voted town (like most idiotic laws) but apparently not??

This is why I'm afraid to take my dog overseas (or even to Canada). I've got a Staffy, and they're not exactly welcome in most parts of the world. There are some really stupid laws out there--as well as here in the USA!

Here's a website dedicated to BSL (Breed Specific Legislation) around the world. Check the map. France is "red" :(

In fact, we don't know why we're even asking for it. Heck, just leave this space blank unless you desire a reply.
